Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPX online banking, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order will have been forwarded to our supplier for processing. Contact us immediately at admin@troniqstore.com if you need to make changes.

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

We are working on a wholesale programme. For large quantity enquiries, email us at admin@troniqstore.com with your requirements.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

West Malaysia (Peninsular): 3–7 business days after processing.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days after processing.
Processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

West Malaysia: RM 8.00 flat rate. Free for orders RM 150 and above.
East Malaysia: RM 15.00 flat rate. Free for orders RM 200 and above.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

My order shows multiple tracking numbers. Is that normal?

Yes. Some orders are fulfilled from multiple suppliers and may arrive in separate parcels on different dates. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Products & Compatibility

Are your products compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi?

Most of our development boards, sensors, and modules are compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, and other popular platforms. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.

Are the components genuine quality?

We source our products from verified suppliers. All components go through quality checks at the supplier level. If you receive a faulty item, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Do you provide datasheets or tutorials?

We are building a resources section with datasheets, wiring guides, and tutorials. In the meantime, feel free to email us at admin@troniqstore.com for technical support.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for unused, unmodified items in original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

I received a defective or wrong item. What do I do?

Email admin@troniqstore.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method.

Account & Technical

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and view your order history.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Billplz. Troniq does not store your card details.
