- Consumables including solder, wire, adhesives, or similar items once opened.
Items returned after the 7-day return window has passed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@troniqstore.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will assess your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your return request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to your original payment method. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Troniq cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
