Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship to all states in Malaysia. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular): 3–7 business days
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the courier's website.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple suppliers and arrive in separate parcels on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed parcels, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
